Loft clearance
Show the hatch, access equipment and route downstairs. Describe the floor and the items in storage. We need to understand safe access before agreeing the work.
Shed contents or shed removal?
Emptying a shed does not include taking the building down. For shed dismantling, send separate photographs of the structure and ask for that work to be included in the quote.
Unknown bottles, tins and containers
Tell us about chemicals, unidentified containers or unusual materials. Do not open or move something unsafe to get a better photograph.

Can I keep some of the contents?
Yes. Identify what stays before the work begins, and make sure anyone providing access knows the same instructions.
Is dismantling included?
Only when agreed in the quote. A shed clearance and a shed removal are separate types of work.
Why is there a washing machine in the after photo?
The Clear It example shows the loose garage contents removed while the washing machine remains. The photo reflects that particular job’s scope.
