You don’t need a whole van load
Single item removal is for the sofa, mattress, wardrobe or other bulky item you no longer want. You can ask about several items together. Include them all in the photos so the quote covers the full collection.
Mattress collection
Include the mattress size and its condition. A bed base, headboard or frame needs to be listed too if it’s going. Say whether the items are upstairs, outside or in storage.
Furniture removal from flats
The floor, lift dimensions, stairs and distance to parking all matter. A photo of the route out helps us understand the lifting and access before booking.
White goods and extra items
Ask about white goods collection when describing your load. List appliances separately so we can check what can be taken and any preparation needed.
Before the new furniture arrives
Let us know your preferred collection date and when the old furniture will be ready. A new delivery does not automatically reserve a removal slot; we’ll confirm the appointment with you.

Can you collect just one sofa?
Yes. Send photos, the approximate size and access details. Tell us if it needs taking apart to get out.
Can you collect a mattress and bed together?
Include every part in the enquiry: mattress, base, frame and headboard. The quote needs to cover all the pieces you want collected.
Can you collect from upstairs?
Send the floor, stair layout and any lift details. We’ll check the route and lifting before agreeing the collection.
What if I find another item to add?
Tell us before collection. Additional items may change the price, which we’ll agree with you before doing extra work.
