Let’s get your clearance started
Send a few photos and your postcode. We’ll discuss the work, price and collection time.
What needs clearing?
Get the whole load in your photographs. A few wider shots and close-ups of any large items help us understand the job.
- Your collection postcode
- Photos of everything that needs to go
- Stairs, lifts and the route outside
- Where the van can park
- Anything you want to keep
- Your preferred collection time
Tell us about your clearance
Builders’ waste and unusual materials
List the materials, quantities and site access. Tell us about any suspected asbestos, chemicals or contaminated waste so we can assess the handling requirements and confirm whether collection can be arranged. An enquiry does not confirm acceptance. Leave anything potentially unsafe undisturbed while we discuss the arrangements.
Probate contents clearance
Following a bereavement, we can discuss clearing the property’s contents with the person authorised to arrange the work. Identify documents, valuables and belongings to keep, then agree access, scope and price before booking.
Sensitive and accumulated-contents clearances
Tell us your priorities and which belongings should stay. We’ll discuss the keep/remove decisions with the authorised arranger and assess access and safety before agreeing the collection. Ask about clearing selected rooms or working in stages.
A photo. A quote.
A clearer space.
Show us the job
Send photos of the whole load on WhatsApp. Add your postcode and a note about stairs or parking.
Agree the details
We’ll talk through what’s going, the price and a collection time. Tell us if there’s anything you want to keep.
Leave the lifting to us
Clear It’s staff collect the agreed items from your property. Any extra work is discussed with you first.
Example enquiry, not a customer conversation.
Your questions, answered
Is a photo quote always final?
It covers the items and access you describe. If the load or access changes, we’ll agree any revised price with you before doing additional work.
When can you collect?
Include your preferred date and time. The team will confirm availability before you book.
What should I leave out of my photographs?
Keep personal documents and people out of the frame where possible. Only share photographs you have permission to send.
