Privacy notice

Information for Clear It Crystal Palace customers.

Who handles your information

Clear It Crystal Palace is part of Clear It Waste Management Solutions Ltd, company 16734716. The company is responsible for customer enquiry and collection information. Its registered office is Regent House, 316a Beulah Hill, London SE19 3HF. The office receives customers and is open 24 hours, Monday–Sunday. Contact info@clear-it.org about your information.

FK Growth Ltd manages the website and enquiry systems for Clear It. James Buckett is the named business contact for collection enquiries.

What you share with us

An enquiry may include your name, telephone number, collection postcode or address, photographs of the waste, access details and messages about the work. Please keep personal documents, people and unrelated sensitive information out of photographs. If you contact us on somebody else’s behalf, explain your authority to arrange the work.

Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to assess a quote or arrange a collection without the relevant job details. This website does not automatically accept bookings or make eligibility decisions.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to take steps you request before a contract and to carry out an agreed collection. Applicable legal obligations may require accounting and waste records. Our legitimate interests include answering general enquiries, protecting our systems and investigating complaints. We do not treat a request for a quote as permission for unrelated marketing.

Website and communications providers

Netlify hosts the website. Hosting processes technical requests, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The website itself has no online payment or enquiry form.

GoHighLevel and its communications providers support the dedicated telephone route and business enquiry inbox. Calls are directed to the agreed business contact. WhatsApp processes messages and photographs through its own service; the connected business inbox makes them available to authorised Clear It staff and FK Growth staff supporting the service. Telephone records may include caller number, time and outcome. Call recording is not enabled in the configuration checked for this draft.

Information is shared with providers and authorised people to the extent needed for those services, and with professional advisers or authorities where required. Some providers process data outside the UK. Netlify and HighLevel publish data-processing terms covering their services and international transfers. These include contractual safeguards where required; HighLevel’s terms include the UK transfer addendum. You can ask us for details or a copy of the safeguards relevant to your information using the contact above.

Maps and external links

The coverage map requests street tiles from OpenStreetMap when it comes into view. The provider receives connection information, including the IP address and website origin. The map does not request your device location. Browser caching may store map images.

The local guide connects to the embedded Google map only when you choose to load it. Google then receives connection information and may use cookies according to its policies and your settings. You can instead use an ordinary map link. Removing the embedded map stops that page’s active connection; it cannot undo information already received by Google.

Links to WhatsApp, Google reviews and official registers open those providers’ services. Their own privacy notices apply to activity there.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not load Google Analytics, advertising tags or external fonts. The website code does not set cookies or store a tracking preference. Any later analytics setup needs its own reviewed notice and consent controls before activation. Read the map and cookie information.

How long we keep information

FK Growth reviews closed enquiry records monthly on Clear It’s behalf. If an enquiry does not become a booking, we normally delete the contact details, messages and assessment photographs six months after the last meaningful contact. We keep a record longer only where it remains necessary for an open enquiry, complaint, dispute or legal obligation.

For agreed jobs, retention depends on the record’s purpose: completing the work, dealing with payment or a complaint, and meeting accounting, waste-record or other legal requirements. We retain only the information needed for that purpose and review it when the obligation or outstanding matter ends. Unnecessary photographs and duplicate copies are removed earlier.

The review covers records in the CRM and relevant business inboxes and devices. James handles his business inbox and device copies with FK Growth coordinating the review. This is a manual process; the website does not automatically delete records.

Your rights and complaints

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You can object to use based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and the legal basis; we may need to confirm your identity before releasing information.

Contact info@clear-it.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
