Can someone else let you in?
Yes, if the access and instructions are agreed beforehand. Tell us who is authorised to arrange the work and who the team should contact on the day.
Is cleaning included in a house clearance?
Do not assume cleaning or repairs are included. The quote covers the agreed removal work; discuss any other work separately.
